ABC Cable abides by the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984, 47 U.S. C. 551 ("Cable Act") in regards to protection and privacy of subscriber data. Refund / Credit Policy In the event you move and disconnect your services, any payments made in excess of services rendered will be refunded to you. Please make sure we have your new address to mail your refund. Please contact our customer service center in a timely manner to report any problems. We cannot issue credits for service if we are not notified or for situations beyond our control. Credits must be requested within 15 days of problem resolution.
